事由：第八屆會員大會第一次全體會議
Subject: The 8th AEEMM Annual General Meeting #1
第八屆會員大會第一次全體會議謹定於二零二五年一月二十五日 (星期六) 上午十時正至十二時三十分 (10:00 – 12:30) 舉行；若屆時人數不達會章要求，將順延一小時至上午十一時正再次召開，其時將不論人數多寡，會議正式召開。
The 8th AEEMM Annual General Meeting #1 will be held on 25th January 2025 (Saturday) at 10:00-12:30. According to the constitution, if the number of attendants does not meet the requirement, the meeting will re-open on 11:00.
會議詳情如下：
日期︰2025年1月25日 (星期六)
地點：澳門新口岸長崎街萬豪軒一樓蓮花廳
內容：理事會會務報告，財務報告，監事會報告。
聚餐：在會議結束後開始，將進行學會午餐歡聚 (12:30 – 14:00)，費用全免。
Details of the Meeting:
Date: 25th January 2025 (Saturday)
Venue: The Plaza Restaurant, 1th Floor
Agenda: Approval for the Council Report, Financial report, Supervisory board report.
Lunch: After the meeting, lunch gathering for members will be offered and free of charge, during 12:30-14:00.
